Is it safe to send items with strangers?

All travelers on LugLink are community members with verified profiles and ratings. Payments are held in escrow and only released after you confirm delivery.

What items can I send?

You can send medicine, clothes, electronics, food, documents, cosmetics, and books. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and anything illegal in the origin or destination country.

How does payment work?

You pay through our secure Stripe checkout. Funds are held in escrow until you confirm the traveler has delivered your items. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute.

How much does LugLink charge?

LugLink takes a 10% platform fee from the traveler's earnings. There are no fees for senders beyond the reward amount you set.

What if my items are lost or damaged?

We strongly recommend documenting your items before handoff with photos. In case of issues, use the dispute button in your conversation to alert our team.
